Everything here is made to your sizes rather than pulled off a stack — a door leaf, a lift car, a partition or a wall elevation. Shop drawings are signed off before anything is fabricated, and a physical sample of the exact pattern and finish comes first.

Complete lift car interiors built on the LEVELe and LEVELc systems — walls, ceilings, handrails and door skins — finished in bonded metal, bonded quartz, fused metal, wood veneer or laminated glass. Made to your existing car and door sizes, so a modernisation takes days rather than the weeks a full car replacement needs.

Bonded Metal

Metal granules cast into a tough FRP matrix, so the face is real aluminium, bronze or nickel silver on a panel light enough to hang on a lift car or a door leaf. The moulds reproduce every detail of the original pattern — from the fine linear Rhone and Glint to the deeply sculpted Taos, Corona and Solstice reliefs.

Bonded Quartz

Ceramic microspheres cast into a fibre-reinforced polymer — a bright, deeply sculptural surface that stays light, holds fine relief and wipes clean. Standard in Bonded White and Bonded Charcoal, in patterns running from the soft Dune and Sahara to the faceted Kalahari, Crinkle and Waterfall.

Bonded Metal Doors

Entrance and feature doors faced in Bonded Metal or Bonded Quartz — the full pattern and colour range cast onto a door leaf, so an entryway reads as bespoke metalwork without the bespoke price. Matching sheet goods carry the same pattern onto the walls and lift interiors around it.

Fused Metal

Colour-fused stainless steel — titanium alloys vapour-deposited onto a stainless substrate at molecular level, so the colour is part of the metal rather than a coating over it. Fused Bronze, Graphite, Nickel Silver, Nickel Bronze and White Gold, in satin and mirror plus the high-durability Sandstone, Seastone and Linen finishes.

ViviGraphix Gradiance Glass

Colour, gradient and image laminated into the interlayer between two lites of glass rather than printed onto the face, so the artwork cannot scratch or fade off. Specify View to pass light through, or Reflect against a mirrored backer — in any Pantone, Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams colour.

ViviTela Mesh Glass

Woven metal mesh laminated into glass at a micro scale — Pointed Twill, Twill, Overlay, Oxford and Framework weaves in stainless steel, bronze, graphite, nickel bronze, nickel silver and white gold. The weave is sealed inside the panel, so it cleans like plain glass.

What exactly is Bonded Metal?

Metal granules cast into a tough fibre-reinforced polymer matrix, so the face is genuine aluminium, bronze or nickel silver — it patinas, it feels cold to the touch, and it can be refinished — but the panel weighs a fraction of solid plate. That weight difference is what makes it viable on a lift car door or a hung wall panel where sheet metal would be too heavy and too flat.

How is Bonded Quartz different from Bonded Metal?

Same casting process and the same sculptural relief, but the filler is ceramic microspheres rather than metal granules. That gives you a bright white or charcoal surface instead of a metal one, at a similar weight, and it wipes clean — which is why it tends to get specified for hospitals, hotels and pool halls.

Can you re-skin an existing lift?

Yes, and it's most of this work. Door skins and cabin panels are made to your existing car and door sizes and fixed over what's already there, so the lift is out of service for days rather than the weeks a full car replacement takes.

Is the decorative glass structural?

It's laminated glass, so it gets specified like any other laminated architectural glass — partitions, doors, balustrades and screens. Send us the opening size and what it's doing and we'll confirm the make-up and thickness for that application.

How do the metal finishes age?

Dark and patina finishes are applied chemically, so they're part of the surface rather than a coating sitting on top — they can be touched up in place if a panel gets marked. Natural finishes will keep developing their own patina over time unless they're sealed, which some clients specifically want.

Are these stocked or made to order?

Made to order against your sizes and chosen pattern, so lead time depends on the range and the quantity. You'll get a date in writing before the order is released rather than an estimate that moves.

Do you supply only, or install as well?

Both. Most clients take supply plus installation through our own fit-out crew so material and workmanship stay with one party. Supply-only is available if your contractor is already appointed.

Can we see the material before ordering?

Yes. Visit the Experience Centre at 13C Paul Mansions, 6 Bishop Lefroy Road, Mon–Sat 10:30 AM to 7 PM, to handle the metal, glass and wood samples in person. Call ahead so we can set aside time and pull the patterns you're interested in.
