Flexi Clay Cladding

Natural clay sheet that bends. Wraps columns, arches and curves that no rigid panel will take, at a fraction of the dead load of stone.

04 — Straight Answers

Questions we get every week.

What does cladding cost per square foot?

It swings widely by material — composite plank sits at the bottom of the range and large-format sintered stone at the top — and the finished rate depends as much on framework, height and access as on the panel itself. Send us the area and an elevation photo and you'll get a real number, not a range.

Which cladding holds up best in Kolkata's climate?

High humidity, heavy monsoon and strong summer UV are the three things to design against. USPC composite, sintered stone and porcelain all have negligible water absorption and hold colour under UV. Anything with an organic core is the wrong call on an exposed elevation here.

Can you clad a curved column?

Yes — Flexi Clay is made for it. The sheet bends cold around columns, arches and curved parapets in one piece, so you don't end up with a faceted approximation of a curve.

Do you supply only, or install as well?

Both. Most clients take supply plus installation through our applicators so material and workmanship stay with one party. Supply-only is available if your contractor is already appointed.

How long from order to delivery?

Stock items ship within 5–10 working days within Kolkata. Custom or imported products carry a 3–6 week lead time. You'll get an accurate date in writing before the order is released.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no hard minimum for most products — a single feature wall is viable. Certain special-order items do have minimums, and we'll tell you upfront.

Can we see the material before ordering?

Yes. Visit the Experience Centre at 13C Paul Mansions, 6 Bishop Lefroy Road, Mon–Sat 10:30 AM to 7 PM, to see full panels installed. Call ahead so we can set aside time for you.
