- Enquiry details: the products you're interested in, whether you're an architect, designer, builder or homeowner, and any details about your project you choose to share.
- Advertising source: when you reach our website from an ad, our enquiry form records which campaign or search brought you to us, so we know which ads are useful.
We don't ask for payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through our website or ad forms.
How we use it
- To call, message or email you back about your enquiry.
- To prepare quotes, share catalogues and samples, and arrange a visit to our Experience Centre or your site.
- To supply and install what you order and provide after-sales support.
- To understand which of our advertising brings genuine enquiries.
We won't send you unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us receive and manage your enquiry, and only for that purpose:
- Google — if you submit a form inside one of our Google ads, Google collects your details and passes them to us (see Google's Privacy Policy). We may keep these enquiries in a Google Sheet.
- Formspree — delivers messages sent through the enquiry form on our website.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to message us there.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our enquiry form is delivered by Formspree; these services may receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, quote and deliver your project, and afterwards only as long as required for our business, accounting and legal records.
